Maintenance
I.Continuous running time is less than 10 hours a day,it can guarantee Cooling the water clean and the normal working of the pump,we never can make water spindle motor appear the phenomenon of water shortage.Regular replacement of the cooling water,In order to prevent the too high water temperature.If working environment temperature is too low, the water tank inside the water with antifreeze liquid in winter.
II,Each time after the machine is used,we pay attention to clean-up,we are sure to clean dust on the platform and powertrain systems,Regularly (weekly)Lubrication refueling on the drive system (the X, Y, and Z axes).(note: X, Y, Z three axis polished rod with oil for maintenance;
Wire rod part with high-speed butter; Winter if working environment temperature is too low, wire rod, polished rod (square rail or circular guide) part shall first use gasoline to wash clean, Then add the oil,Otherwise it will cause the machine drive part of the resistance is too large and cause the machine to dislocation.)¡¡
