Wood CNC router points to note
1, plywood
Sometimes the client may ask you for plywood sculpture, in fact carved in wood CNC router, but I have to note that the engraving depth is not too deep. Glue after cutting wood against the edge will be as black as the key to see if the plywood is made using the kind of wood.
2, log (raw timber)
Wood is by far the most commonly used laser processing only material, it is easy carving and cutting. Light-colored wood like birch, cherry or maple can well be the laser vaporization, and thus more appropriate sculpture. Each timber has its own characteristics, and some compact some, such as hardwood, in the engraving or cutting is necessary to use more laser power. We recommend that the wood carvings are not familiar with before, we must first study the characteristics of its carving.
3, the coloring CNC router manufacturer
Wood carving will be a general feeling of being burned off, the background color to match with the wood with a primitive beauty of art, mainly to see the depth of its color laser power and carving speed. However, some wood is usually soft texture of the kind, no matter how you can not change its color (such as: birch). Sometimes the client may ask you finished coloring, use acrylic paints.
4, wood cutting
Laser engraving machine cutting depth of the wood is generally not deep, in less than 5mm, it is because smaller power laser, such as cutting will cause slow down the burning wood. Specific operations can try to use large format lenses, and method of using repeated cutting.
