What will affect the processing of CNC Router?
The following factors will affect the processing of CNC Router:
1.The power supply will affect the processing directly,the result is control system chaos.
there is voltage and frequency range for each electron device and every parts in the CNC control system . If there is overload running for any parts,the system will not stable.
2.Vibratory will often cause the bits broken,the surface of the processed material is rough.
Something may hit the CNC Router or there is lower installation level will cause vibratory.
3.The temperature and humidity of environment will affect the performance of control system and drivers. If the temperature is over 40 centigrade degree,the control system may give wrong signal,and the driving torque will not up to rated value.
4.The dust will affect the heat dissipation of electron device and sensitivity of CCD.
