Operational maintenance for woodworking CNC Router

1.Keep the machine working less than 10 hours every day.

and make sure the cooling water clean and the normally working of the water pump.

There is no water for the water cooling spindle is not acceptable,you must change the

cooling water for the spindle at a regular time,so that can prevent high temperature

of water. If the the working temperature is quite low,you can change the water in the water

tank to  deicing fluid.

2.When you finish your work by woodworking CNC Router,please clean the machine,and you

must clean up all the dust in the work table,and lubricate the transmission system at a regular time.

3.When you check the maintenance of electrical equipment,please keep power dump.

When there is no display in the monitor and the power light is put out,you can do it.
